Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

These Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy concern the operations of The Wokingham and District Philatelic Society (herein referred to as "the Society") and relate to the use of the Society's internet website www.wokinghamphilatelic.org.uk (herein referred to as "the Website").

Online Practices Privacy Policy

The Society has a Privacy Policy, which forms part of the Rules of the Society. A copy of the Society's Privacy Policy may be accessed from this link.

In addition to the Society's Privacy Policy, the Society has an Online Practices Privacy Policy that applies only to the online practices of the Society. If you object to any part of this Online Practices Privacy Policy, you must not use or access the Website. Use of the Website and any services provided within implies your acceptance of this Online Practices Privacy Policy.


Information Collected by the Society


The Society collects, stores and uses some information for compiling statistics of people who visit the Website. This includes the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser, country from which the connection is made, referral sites, duration of visit, pages accessed and other similar forms of data (herein referred to as "Computer and Internet Connection Data"); this information is collected automatically as you access and use the Website.

Other than Computer and Internet Connection Data, you do not need to provide any personal data to access and use the features of the Website.
